The El Paso Striders are an AAU level 2 club

we have the ability to compete in both AAU and USATF sanctioned events..

Who are we?

The El Paso Striders are a USATF certified track club in El Paso Texas . We compete on the local and National level. We train all disciplines in Track and Field ,but specialize in distance running.


How do we join the Striders?

Admission to the El Paso Striders for the 2016 year is going to be by invitation.

 

What is United States Track and Field?

USATF is the governing body of track and field in the United States. Prior to competing in a sanctioned USATF event the said athlete must become a member of USATF.

Where are practices held.
Our main facility is Sal Beroterran Park on the eastside, but we pride ourselves in practicing in different terrain to build the athlete.

 

Training Tips

  • Athletes must come hydrated to practice.
  • Athletes must wear proper training attire.
  • Athletes must arrive on time to get full benefits of the workout.
  • Athletes must wear proper running shoes at all times.

Every coach will give 100% effort and create a positive environment for each athlete.

Parents are asked to be active in the support of their child's sport.
